ScottJeep Posted September 19, 2016 Share Posted September 19, 2016 It still will on so many factors. Prep. Application. Application environment. And, how bad is your driving environment? To do it truly correctly it will require 4-5 base coats, at least 3-4 color coats, and then clear coats ( somewhat optional). Now all this is just based on my research. I have only fully dipped wheels. Mine current Moabs have been dipped over a year with zero issues. Ready to try the entire truck but waiting on some additional body armor to arrive.
