big66440
I was looking into buying a pair of Spidertrax 1.25" spacers for the rear but was concerned about the safety and reliability of them, I occasionally haul between 400-500 lbs give or take in the bed for long distances and through some rough terrain and the last thing I need is for one of these suckers to come apart during a trip. I've done my home work on the whole hub centric and lug centric deal and have my mind made up that spidertrax are the way to go. My wheel size is 23/75/15 if that makes a difference and my question is are wheel spacers reliable enough for everyday use and occasional hauling? thank you
Incommando
Yes they can. I put 120,000 miles on a set. Many others have as well.
Megadan
Quality hubcentric wheel spacers are perfectly reliable. I ran a set on a car that I autocrossed for 3 seasons on very sticky autocross tires and never had a failure.
HOrnbrod
My wheel size is 23/75/15 You will have no problems running SpiderTrax spacers with those skinny tires. :rotfl2:
Glenn Moyer
I have spacers on the rear axles, but can they be put on the front. Just completed a 4X2 to 4X4 swap and have to get it aligned. But if they could be put up front i'd want to install them first. Glenn
