Banks turbo on 1989 comanche questions

Hey guys I just picked up a new motor from a 2001 cherokee with the computer and harness I am going to be swapping it into a 1989 mj with a 4.0 currently in it so out with the renix and in with obd2 I will also be adding a banks turbo kit down the road so here are a few pictures of the new motor and accessories

Go to photo bucket and upload the photo. Then on the right hand side of the screen on photobucket click on the bottom link and it'll copy it. Then paste that link in the icon on this website above the text box that looks like a side ways paper clip and has a small green button by it.

You are aware of the 0331 head cracking problem on the 2000 and 2001s, correct?

Not sure what the differences are between the wrangler 4.0 and Cherokee 4.0 but Banks doesn't make an XJ turbo.
