Mj4life Posted December 2, 2015 Posted December 2, 2015 Not sure if my post belongs here but my bed of my truck has bedliner, would I be able to go over it with new bedliner without taking it all off?
Strokermjcomanche Posted December 2, 2015 Posted December 2, 2015 You can go over it again but clean the surface well ( no oil , dirt etc )
Pete M Posted December 3, 2015 Posted December 3, 2015 yup, treat it like paint and you should be fine. pay close attention to the instructions of the new liner. some may call for a scuffed up surface (like with sandpaper)
Mj4life Posted December 5, 2015 Author Posted December 5, 2015 okay because the owner of my MJ before me must have applied the bedliner without following directions. The bedliner is peeling in some spots.

The bedliner is peeling in some spots. That changes my answer then , if it's peeling you need to (at the least) take all the peeling bedliner off and scuff / clean the surface well .
Pete M Posted December 5, 2015 Posted December 5, 2015 yup. treat it like paint. all the loose stuff has to be pulled up.
Mj4life Posted December 5, 2015 Author Posted December 5, 2015 Thanks guys, will do that before I go into the army. Much appreciated
