4.0 Swap electrical problems

So I am nearing the end of my 4.0 Swap and today I started it up an found when the engine is running none of the electrical accessories work (wipers, heater controls ect) but when the engine isn't running the do work..... any ideas ?

So what you're saying is with the key turned to "accessory" everything works, but when you turn to "on" everything goes out?

Or does everything work in "on", but when you start the engine and the key rocks back from "start" to "on", that's when everything loses power?

Just trying to clarify.

Found out the problem I had to turn the key slightly back after starting so it would make the connections

Adjust the switch on the  column to  fix that.
