Rockfrog Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 A new pump will offer some amount of resistance, even a good used pump should have some resistance due to the seals. When he says spin freely he does not mean like a pinwheel in the wind. It should spin about as freely as the mechanical fan spins freely.

shelbyluvv Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 I know that bolt very well. I ran into that same issue. It's the one that come from the back with the nut on it.
