Here I have my 89 4.0l auto MJ, I have spark up to my distributor but none to my plugs, changed the rotor and cap.. Still nothing, changed my cps sensor and ignition relay and still nothing.. Need help guys!! Cheers

I would test that coil.  Even if you get spark from the coil, if it is weak enough it may not be able to jump the gap from the rotor to the cap and travel up the wires to the plug.

I would do as such.

Check for spark on spark plug. if no spark go back to distributor make sure it is turning 1st, 2nd check if your getting spark to the top of the distributor. you said you have check that already. 3rd check wiring on the bottom of distributor to make sure signals are being pushed right, (ecu controlled timing). I my self would just throw a new distributor in. they run about $100 to $150 on the high side. If no spark or low spark coming from coil before replace check the grounding, renix have bad grounding all over.

 

This is not too stupid question, however if injectors are not squirting gas that could be one problem then lead to spark doing nothing. Injectors easy to test if squirting, starter fluid in TB and turn over.

Correct, but if the spark into the distributor is weak, it sometimes still won't make it to the plugs.  That's why I said what I said.  When my coil was getting weak, I would have consistent random misfires on new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and distributor.  Changed out to a new coil and almost all of my mistfire woes were gone.  It's worth testing if you can.

I replaced my ignition coil, new cap and rotor.. I mean it was running, then all of a sudden it stalled and won't start

The previous owner had splice a wire into my ignition fuse inside the cab, and further up that wire there's a fuse.. Not exactly sure the reason behind that and that could be part of the problem

Turned out to be a faulty ignition coil, I must have out my distributor in off because I now have an off idle.. Good and bad

Glad you located the first problem.  Re-timing the dizzy should be simple enough as long as it's not too far off.  Set to Cyl 1 TDC as best as you can.  With the timing mark lined up on the harmonic balancer with the 0 on the timing cover the rotor should be just coming into contact (or just ahead of) the post for Cyl 1 on the cap.  There are a couple of good write ups on it.
