Actually, the tailgate is a little jacked from the accident. You can see how the top of it is higher on the right vs. the left.

I tweaked it the best I could. Lol

Actually, Lee, that damage was from the first accident. I tracked it down to the hinge bracket on the tailgate itself.

They look like they fit pretty good but they look terrible.

Nothing else but original looks good...but to save a set of originals over some I can bash in I'll take that any day of the week....Looks good just needs some lights in there...

Ok, figured out how I was going to install the XJ overhead console. When I got the console, I got the two mounting brackets, hoping to use those to mount it in the Eliminator. After searching on the internet, and not finding much on how to use the brackets, I went at it alone, and I think I like the results.

Here are where the brackets are placed:

And with the console mounted:

Now, I need to install the headliner, cut some holes in that for the console, recover the console, and finish wiring it up, and it should be ready!

Yeah, thanks for passing that to Outlaw Star, and he passed it on to me, as I have an 88 with a 5 sp, LOL.

I'm glad that shift knob got to good use...

Truck is looking good!

Yeah, was better suited for yours than mine. Lol. We waste NOTHING Walt. We keep as many parts within our circle as possible.

Did some work on the Eliminator before Jeep Beach in Daytona Beach, FL. I painted the driver side of the cab and front fender (doing the pass side tomorrow), as well as added lift shackles for an additional 1.25" of lift. Here are the fruits of my labor.

I really like the stance now, just need 31's, and I'll be happy.

Here is one lift shackle on to see the difference.
