big66440 Posted December 22, 2014 Posted December 22, 2014 Is the E brake cable on comanches known for breaking? If it is does any one know the reason why? Reason i ask is because I've heard from a few people that the brake cables in their mj's (the one that goes into the cab and hooks up to the pedal assembly ) were broken when they bought it or broke during their time owning it.

big66440 Posted December 23, 2014 Author Posted December 23, 2014 Mine has been broken till yesterday, it also snapped right where it hooks up to the foot pedal assembly it is a very simple set up and doesn't seem to bind the cable in any way when you engage the E brake :hmm: , guess it's just fatigue on the cable like Jeep Driver said :dunno:
