High RPM's and won't coast

As soon as I turn it on the RPM's go up to 1200 and when I let off of the accelerator the truck won't slow down. I drove down my road with my foot off the accelerator and it never went under 10 mph.

 

Any ideas whats wrong with it?

Sounds the tps....

Readjust as per cruisers write-up #8...and you should be good and double check your intake manifold bolts to be sure non of your bolts are loose....
