What's a good high output alternator for a 88 MJ 4.0 with a 9000I winch and off road lights.

There are quite a few upgrades.  Those can be found via a Google search.  You can also have your current alt. rebuilt/rewound to crank out more current.

It's a CS-130 alternator.

 

That said, if you don't upgrade your cables first, or at the same time, you're spinning your wheels.
