I thought I had this fixed. I had thought it was a vacuum leak. When I replaced the header, intake etc the problem ceased.

 

 

Three times now I've gotten in the truck, after driving it, and experienced high idle around 1700 rpm.

 

My first thought it tps. When I replaced the throttle body we were testing the tps, and would randomly get high voltage readings in one position of the tps lever. Would this cause a high idle? If not, any ideas?

Yes...

Could also be the ground wires that they have crimped together that could not be tight enough....

You can also do the c101 delete which helped me with my comanche....
