88ComancheMitch Posted July 26, 2014 Share Posted July 26, 2014 I thought I had this fixed. I had thought it was a vacuum leak. When I replaced the header, intake etc the problem ceased. Three times now I've gotten in the truck, after driving it, and experienced high idle around 1700 rpm. My first thought it tps. When I replaced the throttle body we were testing the tps, and would randomly get high voltage readings in one position of the tps lever. Would this cause a high idle? If not, any ideas?
