Strokermjcomanche Posted July 24, 2014 Share Posted July 24, 2014 Disconnect the cable at the transfer case / transmission and then that will give you ample room to pull it from the firewall to get to the back of the cluster to see the clip better . Keyav8r Posted July 25, 2014 Share Posted July 25, 2014 There is a clamp on the engine side of the firewall that holds the speedometer cable in place. Just follow the cable down the firewall until you find it. Take the clamp off, disconnect the cable at the transmission, and get someone to push the cable through the firewall as you pull the cluster out of the dash. Once you have it out far enough you will be able to see how to disconnect the plastic clip. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
