Your sway bar look like the below? If so, then it's an Addco.

Nope not at all, I'm not surprised though since the PO did not make/install everything he did to the truck the way its supposed to be, since he runs a body shop all he cared about was looks... I'll snap a few pics today and try to post em tonight

Hornbrod is your Jeep lifted? I need to do this mod.

Edit: ok I saw in a different thread you're lifted 3in. Mine is 3 as well. Really appreciate this thread.

Yes about 2-1/2" now after a few years, via MT leaf springs and Teraflex shackles on the rear and OME 3" lift coils on the front.

Any reason this specific writeup wouldn't work for a SWB MJ?

The frame and shock mounting is completely different in the rear between the long and short beds. Here is a good writeup for the short beds:

I want to do this to mine but, I have a Ford 8.8 in the rear now. I assume this changes what axle brackets I need?

Yep, the 8.8 has larger diameter tubes. Pick up a pair of Ford Explorer rear axle sway bar u-bolts w. brackets and bush it for whichever bar you use; stock WJ or the ADDCO bar I used.

Good question - forgot to mention that. I have stock brake lines and to provide clearance I had to use a couple of 1/2" standoffs for the right brake line to clear the sway bar axle u-bolt.
