benjy_26 Posted March 20, 2014 Posted March 20, 2014 Has anyone used the MJ rear flares on the front WITHOUT trimming the sheet metal? I have a spare set,and when I mock them up, it seems luke one would gain about an inch on each trailing edge, which is precisely where I rub.
dasbulliwagen Posted March 20, 2014 Posted March 20, 2014 Looking at mine recently, I saw there is a body seam right there on the lower rear edge. I don't think youd be able to mount them with that in the way and be able to gain any clearance without lifting it.
Tactical Bacon Posted March 21, 2014 Posted March 21, 2014 If you end up where you can't use them, I'll buy those rear flares.

HOrnbrod Posted March 21, 2014 Posted March 21, 2014 Just curious. Was the "Stupif" in your title intentional? If so, nice touch.
benjy_26 Posted March 21, 2014 Author Posted March 21, 2014 Lol no... I wish. I tend to post from my mobile, and my fingers are rather large, complicating my relationships with touch screen devices. That, and I'm usually either half asleep or in a rush. Let's just say I'm a constant source of entertainment. :D
64 Cheyenne Posted March 21, 2014 Posted March 21, 2014 Rear flares...Comanche specific, someday will turn to gold, like tail lights
benjy_26 Posted March 21, 2014 Author Posted March 21, 2014 I have a plan on how to keep us in serviceable tail lights, actually. Just an idea kicking around my head, but it seems do-able.
