Been looking at these for a while. Trucklite has them to go for about $190 or ebay cheap but used and not 12v nor LED. Kind of expensive for a failed experiment.

 

I've been trying to figure out just how to make them look right on the MJ, the above link gave me the answer.

Not 12v, so i am guessing 24v?

 

I think that depending on how they where mounted they would look good as a factory alternative. it would just be a lot of work

I believe the only thing that is 24v in those lights is bulbs. If you swap out the bulbs for 12v bulbs they should work.
