Always Chock Your Trailers....

At the marina I work at, one of the dockhands forgot to chock the trailer of one of our boats we rent. It was windy that night, and the boat was on a slight decline. Well at some point in the night, the boat started to roll. It rolled about 20 feet, then fell off of a 15 foot seawall into the basin of the marina. I came in the next morning, and this is what I found. Always chock your trailers!!!!

I worked at a resort in the summertime for 2 seasons. I have seen some hilarious boat ramp issues.

That guy that dropped his brand new 20' Crestliner on the ramp after unhooking everything (like you can do on a bunk trailer but his was a new roller), was probably the scariest, funniest, most expensive oops.

I've seen that happen. The sound of fiberglass crunching and grinding on cement has to be one of the worse noises I've ever heard.
