MJRemi
Sounds like a vacuum line leak to the heater box. Check the lines from the firewall to the vacuum canister first since that is the easiest to inspect.

MJRemi
Without pics it's difficult to help you out. Find a known vacuum connector (there are several) in the engine bay and connect it to one of them. Confirm you have two lines coming from the canister which is located inside the R side front bumper. Follow the lines away from the canister until you see where they are connected. One of them should connect to a junction connector near the firewall. The loose line can be plugged onto that junction if there is room.
HOrnbrod
If it's blue with a molded elbow fitting it's probably the vacuum line to the coolant water valve located in-line with your heater hoses. But you didn't provide any info of what year/model/engine you have.
