I found a blue vacuum line is just hanging there I don't know where it goes

the A/C and heater only blows through the defrost vents I can't get it to switch to any other vents no matter what setting I put it on. any info will help Thanks, JIM

Hi guys My 87' Comanche takes a long time to shift gears but only after it gets warmed up. it shifts fine when its cold. what could this be? have anyone else experienced this problem? thanks, Jim
