500kalle Posted July 25, 2013 Posted July 25, 2013 Does someone knows where to get a bigger throttlebody, 60mm/62mm and a throttlebody spacer for my 88s 2.5 4-banger MJ with single point injection?? All I found was only fitting the 4.0 6-banger!!

But there is One Guy, friend of mine, who will build a bigger tb for My Comanche!!! His Name: BROCK HANSEN!!!! ;-)
Bounty Hunter Posted July 30, 2013 Posted July 30, 2013 I've never seen anything available for a 2.5L TBI. I've rebuilt my 2.5L TBI throttle body and there isn't much metal there to remove. Now if it's a '91-'04 throttle body, I make 62mm throttle bodies and spacers. Professionally machined.
