Help A Fellow Manche Out..trailer Build Hampton Roads Va

I plan on building a trailer out of the back half of the mj I'm picking up next weekend from philly. I am active duty Marine and my skill set is far from metal fab and welding. I plan on building a trailer truck combo. However my truck is back home in Idaho. The trailer is here. So I figure ill do what I can with what I've got. But I need help because I'm clueless. I am a fast learner and will be more then happy to build this project trailer with anyone willing. Local fab shops are few and far between here for some reason. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Are you close to Quantico? I will be up that way for a few months here soon. I can bring my welder for you to use. I can't weld that good but I'm sure you have a redneck in your unit that can lay a bead. If you are interested let me know.

It can't really say why I'm going up there. I'll let you know in about 2.5 months.

we've considered buying an existing trailer and adapting it to fit the long bed we have in storage --- boat trailers look promising as the axles can be moved easily

Rebel fish. Yes I did buy the shell from you....shelbyluvv gotta love the secret squirrel. Hopefully the trailer will be in the works maybe you could swing by if I'm on the way....jpdriver1 I've thought about that too. But if I have all the metal from the frame and find someone willing to help out it'd be cheaper.
