HOrnbrod Posted June 12, 2013 Share Posted June 12, 2013 It's probably the standard 90A alt, so look at the donor p/n on the tag for a bolt-in upgrade. The 136A was in the V8 Grands and Dodge trucks and it fits well. Lemmon714 Posted June 12, 2013 Share Posted June 12, 2013 Pete, Not sure if you are a cheap-o like me- I rebuilt two Denso alternators using the attached link. I did not replace the bearings, just the brushes. You should look at the slip rings on the rotor shaft to make sure they are not excessively worn.
