ncm1
Anybody experienced no start after sitting for a few days? This has now happened four times over the past few months. Any time the truck sits for more than a couple days it does not want to start. It is my daily driver/work vehicle, so usually I'm driving it every day. It will stumble and burp a few times, that's it. Then if I leave it alone and try to start it again after several hours, it will start up and run fine. Kinda acts like it's flooded. Feel like it's a fuel issue, as I know it's getting fire. Any help is greatly appreciated. It's an 89 2.5.
Geonovast
Sediment in the tank? Try changing out the fuel filter.
TheDirtyJeep401
Have you done a tune up lately?
ncm1
I have done a recent fuel filter change, but it's been a while on the tune-up. Could that cause intermittent trouble? It runs well the rest of the time.
ftpiercecracker1
If you can't remember the last time you did a tune up, its over due. ;)
