comanche5L
i wouldnt try it. go with a 3 core and overheating will never be an issue.
JeepcoMJ
use the stock Radiator system, but buy a 92 or newer 3 row radiator from an open system. those are heavy duty, and eliminate the closed system. then just find a newere style open system reservoir. like $200 at most, and it's definitely worth it in the long run, considering you don't have to do any front end fabricating except for the electric fan mounts you would probably use. Pete M
S-10 rad won't fit. MJ/XJs have a very short and long radiator.
s10eater
the best thing you can do (is what i did) take your factory I-6 rad to your local rad shop and tell them your plans. then tell them you want them to add a filler cap and make it into a 4 core rad. then it will fit back into the factory position and you will have more room for your engine swap.
