Goose Posted November 29, 2012 Posted November 29, 2012 my name is matt, i live in oklahoma city, thought i would introduce ma self. a little about how i ended up here: in 1999 i turned 16 and got my first vehicle, a 1986 cherokee, had the worst drivetrain ever. 2.8v6, however it did have 4.11 or 4.10 gears, can't remember. it was great off road. i wanted more power and wanted to be able to drive on the highway, so i sold it and bought a 91 with the 4.0. best decision ever. since then i have owned 3 cherokees, 86, 91, 95. 2 grand cherokee's, 98 and 2000. 1 yj, 1 1981 wagoneer, and 1 1977 cherokee chief. only thing missing was a truck. i looked long and hard for an mj or j truck that was in decent shape. finally found one via a fellow jeep club member of a local club here in ok. 1988 Comanche Pioneer, 4x4, 5 speed, long bed. has 45k on rebuilt motor and trans, 3" budget lift, 31 a/t's, and a bit of rust.
