Hellscreek 4.5'' Leaf Spring

Hi, Guys,

 

89JeepMJ is correct. We are shutting down our leaf spring factory permanently as of the end of this month. Just not enough business to keep it going. It seems that most people would rather have cheaper foreign springs than American ones. That coupled with this poor economy and the almost certainty of a continued recession leaves us with no other choice.

 

We still intend to sell Rough Country products, so our website will remain open, but the Hell Creek springs will be a thing of the past. Unfortunately, this means that there will be no more warranty on Hell Creek products, since it was a replacement warranty, and there will be no Hell Creek springs to replace them.

Out of curiosity I sent Tom an email for some more info, he was kind enough to reply with the following.

 

Hi, Josh,

 

Sorry, but we have been making them only for orders for the past year, so we don’t have any inventory. We are in the process of attempting to sell our prints to another kit manufacturer (not Rusty’s, since they already have their own), so maybe they will continue to manufacture them. If so, I will post the information on the forum, but don’t look for it in the next few days.

Does anyone make stock height rear springs? I would like a set, preferably 1 tonne, but anything decent will do. I have a SOA setup and don't need any more lift but, just that my springs are done. I take it Hell Creek is no longer, too bad.
