Guest
Here is good trail rig or if you need some good hard to find parts. It is a 1992 Jeep Comanche Eliminator. The odometer has 125K miles. It runs real strong and shifts fine. It has a welded posi rear axle and the guts to the front have been removed from previous owner. I have a good Illinois title and it is The Eliminator model. I bought it for some parts and now it needs a new owner. The TPS is not good and should be replaced if you are going to use it. It would make a great off road truck or you could buy a complete front axle and make it 4X4 again. Has the indestructible 4.0 automatic and 231 transfer case. Let me know if you have any questions or want to see it. At the moment I have a good TPS installed so you can hear/see how well it runs for cost of part I will leave it in if you want. thanks, Denis 815-871-7462 --NO TEXTS-- I have pictures but can't seem to get them posted here. Email me and I can send them to you.

Automan2164
Hey Dennis! I was looking for the pics I had taken of it while I was out there, but I can't find them. Good luck with the sale! Its a shame the previous owner cut up a '92 MJ like that, but I'm glad you bought it and couldn't see it scrapped. Let me know if it comes down to you just needing to get rid of it. I can see about scraping up a little dough, and may just be able to put it to use. Rob
jimoshel
D*mn,,I'm wanting a '92, and a '91. Wonder if he'd deduct travel expenses.
Sugarfoot
THATS A RARE TRUCK AMONG OUR NUMBERS! It should be restorded to orginal condition and you might be able to add a zero to the end of that amount.
Guest
Hay Rob, Yes I wish the wheel wells wern't cut but I want it to go to a good home. I got all the springs swapped, and the seats . It is not a bad truck. I just do not have a good place to keep it. I did loose my house but am on the road almost every week so it is not so bad. There is a guy/person from Antiock and one from Cary that seem real interested but neither have showed up with cash. So it is still open for sale. I will be heading to Iowa for work this week but will be back next Friday. The Comanche is at my best friends shop in Rockford for now. If any one wants to take a closer look at it. As far as travel expenses, I drove all the way to S Carlina for my 92 pioneer( the white one) at my expense so I can not afford to help in that part. Just to share with the rest of you. The vin numbers on the 2 Comanche's are only 10 digets different. I thought that was very interesting when I noticed it.

neohic
What's up with the white MJ sitting next to it with the plow? Looks too clean for a plow...
Guest
The White one is my 92 pioneer. Sorry, NO it is not for sale. Yes it is clean. I brought it up from S Carolina about 6 years ago. I lovedit and it is not going anyplace for a long time.
Automan2164
What's up with the white MJ sitting next to it with the plow? Looks too clean for a plow... Dennis said they were using it to plow sand and gravel when he picked it up... It is very clean in person. This truck is a nice runner, but it's been beat. Guest
Sorry guys, I sold it last Saturday. It went to a guy from central Illinois. He was going to put the drivetrain in his 4 banger comanche.
