slave cylinder external conversion

Wondering what all it consist of. I have had to pull my trans way too many times. Can you get a good slave cylinder. Ive bought 4 of them they have all been plastic

I did my own conversion with the parts from a cracked external slave bell. I had to buy a clutch ball insert from the "HELP!" section at the parts store, but it worked like a charm!
