kawaboy13 Posted July 1, 2012 Posted July 1, 2012 I was driving home today when my clutch pedal went almost all the way to the floor...Again. The same thing happened around a year ago and I replaced my master cylinder and my high pressure line from the master to the slave. I bled out my slave cylinder and still no luck. Is there something else I should look for this time? With the clutch an inch from the floor it has already disengaged :dunno:
kawaboy13 Posted July 3, 2012 Author Posted July 3, 2012 Ordered another master? Anything else guys? :dunno:
35 Dollars Posted July 3, 2012 Posted July 3, 2012 Typical Chrysler clutch master cylinder... I went through 5 of them in six years on my Wrangler.
COMJNUT Posted July 4, 2012 Posted July 4, 2012 take a look at the clutch pedal assembly see if it has not broken.
kawaboy13 Posted July 8, 2012 Author Posted July 8, 2012 Ending up being the clutch master cylinder  Hope this one is better quality.
carnuck Posted July 19, 2012 Posted July 19, 2012 If the pedal arm is slightly bent it will push the master in at an angle that wears them out in a hurry (also makes it hard to bleed!)
