Pete M Posted March 9, 2012 Share Posted March 9, 2012 if you push the gas pedal too fast, the engine gasps and tries to stall. if you push slowly, it works ok. does the same in gear as in neutral. idles fine. sounds fine. started doing this right outta the blue. thoughts? :dunno: edit: took it for a spin and now it'll be fine, then bad, then fine, then bad. Pete M Posted March 13, 2012 Author Share Posted March 13, 2012 went to the junkyard and picked up a couple TPS's, an EGR and a MAF and it turned out the MAF was the problem. :wrench: (out of about 12 cars, only one still had a MAF in it) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
