how do you remove them?

I'm having troubles getting them out, i have the re-placement ones that came with my swaybar links from zone offroad,

i just can't get the old ones off XD

They're splined in.

 

Use some kind of applicable force to remove them, either a press, a hammer, an air hammer or a hammer.

When I did mine many years ago, I tried heat and BFH. No go. But an air chisel got them off in seconds. Just put the the chisel under the bolt head.
