COFFMAN
Thanks Jeepskater433 nice to feel welcome on this great site, looked at a few diesels for my dona ( not for engine ) as they were cheap not real popular in Aussie or reliable. But didn't won't any wiring issues as i'm sure i will have plenty anyway. Would you know if jeep made the two XJ in right hand drive . No two door XJ were imported to Aussie, would be awesome and not have to do the conversion. offroading-net
Just about to start the same job myself. What are you doing to mod the front bulkhead? I haven't got the XJ MJ stripped down next to each other so unsure what is going to be the easiest solution to swapping all the holes over. COFFMAN
Yea man there's alot of difference between left & right. the floor wasnt a necessity to remove but gives me a few more factory 97+ features. Handbrakes, dash, bracket support etc also plan on upgrading door hinges.

COFFMAN
My donar was 99 XJ. My original plan was to change fire wall only, but once i got into it there was just to many differences Inner guards wipers and no way to reform fire wall, but to replace with R/H drive The easiest part of the conversion will be the steering box
