While I was away at work I recieved my new Rear Hump Sump. Quite impressed with the purchase

Today I picked up my donor car with the 5.7 Ls1 , looked at the car some time back but only picked it up today.

Due to XJ motor issues

Checked out the MJ yesturday at the bodyworks, not alot of progress so I spent a couple of hours prepping the engine bay. :wrench:

Took camera with me but battery was flat, will return back up there tomorrow before heading back to work.

Also awaiting a very special delivery (Big Box) details to follow shortly.

If I hadn't done long arms an LS1 was on my mind. Still might happen one day.

Not been here for a while, good to see your photos. What are you doing electrics wise? I was planning on transplaning the XJ loom onto mine then custom wiring the rear end loom. Also how are you running the v8 ecu wise?

 

I have just scored a 4.6 stroker for my build, still looking out for an XJ donor though

Will be fitting complete xj wiring.

As for the LS1 wiring :dunno: will muddle me way through that when the time comes,

Should'nt be to hard to sort out, Norvak can modify my engine harnes to suit xj loom which is an option.
