I ordered 2 things from Motion offroad on Black Friday and its 12-5-11 and still havent shipped.

 

I ordered 2 rims from Rustys offroad. Received them already

Ordered 1 Gastank from a warehouse. Received it already....

 

I emailed them whats going on and they told me they will email me when my stuff gets shipped.

WTF is taking then so long?

Has anyone had to wait this long for this company? Did I get ripped off? IDK

It's possible they don't stock what you ordered, so they need to get it from the supplier first. MO is not a large corporation, but rather a small 2 person company.

Yet another reason to buy straight from the company that manufactured the items. Most if not all of their lift components come from places like rough country etc.

I had not idea that MO was that small.

I thought they were like Quadratec.

Hate to burst your bubble but we are up to 11 employee's now. We never claimed to be as big as Quadratec (or the like), but we are growing and have recently even moved to a newer larger facility.

 

 

To the original poster,

 

PM me your order number and I'll look into it. With the amount of black friday sales; and depending on the item we may of sold out of the item you purchased and are simply waiting on new supply to come in. This is simply part of having a big black friday sale; as we can not estimate the amount of sales on a specific item; though we try to have extra on-hand inventory prior to the sale.

I know MO never claimed how big they are, I just Thought they were a big company because they are well known.

And I just got a email saying my 2 items where shipped.

I was just wondering if MO was a company that takes along time to ship. I order products from other companys that are like that.

seriously always check with the manufacturer first then go out and see if you can find a better price. direct from the manufacturer shipping wait would be non-exsistant. unless they have to make more. i used to search forever for the best deals but more times then not its the same cost to buy direct. so i just go to the company first. that way if anything goes wrong i talk to the them NOT a secondary comapny
