I have a dash clock in great shape from a 1988. These clocks plug into the empty plug either beside your gauge cluster or the wire is sometimes stuffed behind the gauges. There were different plugs depending on the year of your truck. These should fit late 88's and up. The 84-87 I believe had a different plug.

 

This one is in great shape except for the common broken tab at the top. The other screws hold it in place perfectly.

Theres already a few on ebay with no bites. I guess I will hang onto it until spring when people get the mod bug back.

Yep its true. Got the Jeep up to 201k miles and it broke out. Rockers started to go, floorboards gone, corssmember starting to rot at the frame and it won't stay running anymore. I now drive a 2001 Grand Prix GT coupe and a 1985 Camaro IROC-Z. Hope youre taking care of that Chief!
