xj/mj meet (michigan)

hello anyone from michigan, i am trying to get a small group together of xj's and mj's to meet at the mounds orv park in flint michigan. the date is feb 24th 2007.

You live down the street, I'm certain we can find another weekend. :D After all, the Mounds is the closest legal wheeling spot to us (not that I've ever been there).

question about the mounds,

All sand or trail riding. I don't do sand.

From what I've heard (that's right, the closet legal wheeling spot to me and I haven't been there yet) it's mostly muddy trails and mud pits. How muddy probably depends on how much rain there's been.

cool the more the better.

 

there is a lot of mud, but there is some really good trails too. some get pretty tight so don't be afraid of scratches and dents.

 

the last meet. i ended up against a tree and scuffed my paint and broke the plastic window rain visor thing. luckily that was all i suffered.

 

another guy ripped his roof rack off, my frined in his toyota suffered 3-4 good size dents on his brand new paint. the ranger suffered a nice dent in the passenger door. one lost cb antena and a broken mirror.

 

(But that is all on 1 trail)

 

but other than that its great. and not all the trails are as bad. there is a few water crossings and such too so its really fun.
