MancheKid86 Posted June 28, 2011 Posted June 28, 2011 removed my failed oxygen sensor from my 87 (left) to replace with a known good one from my 89 (right) the harness ends are different on them, as for the wires as well, would i be able to splice the left harness on the oxygen sensor to the right?

MancheKid86 Posted June 29, 2011 Author Posted June 29, 2011 Rockauto has O2 sensors for an 87 2.5 for $15-$50... by the time i would have gotten it from rock auto, i would have spent about the same if not more in the difference of gas, i was using a 1/4-1/2 tank of gas from driving around my small town daily. installed it today, and WORLD OF DIFFERENCE!!! :banana: and thanks shawn :yes: your mj is earning her keep i see :thumbsup:
