Vermonster4x4 Mud runs! May 7-8

This is a great event up in Bradford VT. Rock crawling corse, Tuff truck, Mud Drags, The trench and more... I went to both events last year an had a blast. The 6cly class in the mud drags is very compeitive! Mainly dominated by XJs. Its a very cheap day an mad fun! My buddys race there Jeeps every year an are the guys to beat.

I will be up there the entire weekend with my buddy's shop, hopefully I will have my Comanche at their booth, just look for the big black ugly truck alongside some nicer looking rigs. Randy puts on an amazing show and he tops it each time. Larry quick one of the monster truck drivers is going to be going for a new world record to top the first ever monster truck back flip he did a year or so ago.

What a day of racing!! The CT guys from Raymonds auto came thrugh like normal! Saw my good freind in his close to stock with a 3in lift, 97 cherokee get his first win! an to top it off went into the small tire V8 class to grab 2nd place! Only took a mid engine bulit toyota, running a 509ci big block to beat his 4.0 auto cherokee!!!

 

 

Congrats to all the raymonds auto rigs! We will be back in september, with the add to my new 88 MJ!

nice, my buddy had a CJ looking orange buggy, first day he blew a radiator hose 3 races in, second day he rolled it on its roof on the second race. bent the headers and a little damage to the hood and a small bend in the roll cage, they should have it fixed to race next weekend at another show.

Hope he was ok in the roll! i seen that he was racing my freinds dodge 1/2ton with a bulit 340. That was deff a oh $#!& moment for him seeing that jeep roll in his lane!

he was fine, it was a relatively slow roll over, he saw it coming and shut everything off. so your buddy was in the dodge? please be sure to thank him for being able to stop. had he not been able to it could have been a lot worse. :bowdown:

Oh ya he deff didint want to hit anything. Funny he was bitching how his tires sucked an didnt hook. after that he was saying maby its good i didnt hook haha. He deff didnt want to smash that truck its his baby an has lots of coin in it. Not to mention the brand new 340 in it. And that trucks a steet driven truck back in CT

Dammit, I really do need to paint my truck, I have been wanting to paint it desert tan for a few years now, I just want to do a few things like bob the bed first. I will be going up in the fall. and I did not see any zebra Saturn.
