baldntatted Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 Got the MJ home this today and really got to look into her. And umm looks like i got my work cut out for me this time. under the hood there is hoses cut and plugged bare wires showing just a mess, This is a picture of under the hood. This picture is the bundle of wires that this kid left me for go threw and figure out whats what. I have no lights at all head lights, No blinkers nothing. And the interior is not too bad minus radio. OH and it need new paint but that's later.. I got her fired up and found that the fill tank for the radiator has a pin hole leak in it and sprays antifreeze everyplace. But i love this truck......
MancheKid86 Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 Is that the illusive black dash? blue
JeepcoMJ Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 that wiring is normal. the plastic cracks off. you've got a bad fusible link. test them, replace the bad one.
baldntatted Posted February 27, 2011 Author Posted February 27, 2011 oh OK that's good news i though it was just a huge mess lol
MancheKid86 Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 drivin with no brake lights, blinkers, or even lights is fun  hand signals + coffee + corner + standard = epic win :shake: i would throw my beams on for the back up lights, for a brake "light" XD
