aux fuel tank on a long bed

has anyone installed a second tank on the passenger side of our long bed trucks? == have access to a 23 gal from another long bed and thought about installing it. :cheers:

not sure yet == still in the figuring stage -- most likely go to a cherry bomb style -- and route out the side ahead of the tank

A TJ tank will fit in the back where the spare tire jack is. It has the same angles that the rear cross members have. They look they were made for it. Look through the Onyx build to see what the tank looks like.

 

This would keep your from dicking around with the exhaust.

great idea -- also thought about a fuel cell in the cross bed tool box (already got the box in)
