My best advice would be to pick up a cheap junk XJ donor... Be the best way to get all your parts for your conversion. That, and whatever you don't use could put money back into your pocket. Automan2164 Posted January 10, 2011 Share Posted January 10, 2011 You mean the 4x4 conversion? Its pretty simple, but I would highly recommend getting an XJ donor. You could find one for around $500 usually, and get yourself all the parts you need with the rest of it to sell off when your done. Overall, the cheapest/easiest way to do it. Since this would be your first time, you could use the XJ as a guide, and put whatever you took off of the XJ right on to the MJ.
