Is touch n "foam a good idea" or a bad idea?

Spray foam in a can? That is bad because it holds moisture and will rot anything out that it touches.

Do they make replacement rocker panels for jeeps?

^ Look on rockauto. A lot of Jeep people use 2x4 or 2x6 metal instead of stock replacement.

I used 2x4 on mine and I sure wish I had gone with 2x6
