Are these rare??? I think this is the first 2 door XJ Limited I've ever seen. http://houston.craigslist.org/cto/1945542879.html

I didnt know they offered the Limited package on 2 door models. I like it.

Thinkin about calling the ole boy to take a look at it. Although the mileage is high, if its reasonably clean (and it looks like it might be) I might ask him if he'll trade for my 89 4 door Limited. :hmm: Wonder where the front bumper is?

After doing a little research, it looks like this one even has the optional wing vents in the rear side windows. Cool.

I've only seen one other 2-door limited in my searches and it was beat up pretty bad. That Jeep looks to be in pretty good shape.

I love that he set a price of $800, but gave away what his bottom dollar price is. Although, even knowing that, I'd still offer him $400.

that guy needs a spellcheck...

I would also offer 400, an 89 with the motor pulled and needing a rebuild for an unspecified reason isn't worth that much, my friend got my 91 MJ with a running motor for 600 (I later bought it off him for 800 after we put about 300 dollars in parts into it.) The guy claimed it had an oil leak and would need to be trailered home but I figured out the problem, bought a foot of 3/8 tranny cooler line at napa, threw it on with a couple hose clamps and we drove it home.

I rarely see 2drs, never mind Limiteds... and those vent windows are pretty rare too!

My buddy picked up a black one with all of those options for free from his recently widowed neighbor. It was her husbands. Had 253K hard ks miles on it and was rusted out. The fellow used it as a hunting rig and the bloody carpet was proof of that. He wound up buying a 01 XJ and left this one in a barn some where.

Yeah, I was laughing my @$$ off while trying to read and make since of it. I'm thinking he's a little Asian guy with a bad lisp or stuttering impairment. :rotf:

Didnt get an answer when I called. I'll try again this evening. (Hope I don't need an interpreter.) :rotfl2:
