Obviously that is not the complete form. The original form had blanks after the dimension words and you were supposed to fill them in with what you wanted on your custom Jeep and then turn the form in to the dealer. The factory would then turn your dream into reality. The project failed when all the "good faith" deposit checks bounced. :rotf:
