dasbulliwagen Posted June 18, 2010 Posted June 18, 2010 After looking at the VIN's on the registry pages, I was wondering if the Comanches serial numbers were all for Comanches or if they were just thrown in with the XJ's? Because looking at the VINS serial part, we know there werent that many Comanches made. Has anyone looked into this before?
whowey Posted June 18, 2010 Posted June 18, 2010 It is interesting.... I don't know the answer... I found a tid-bit in the data already collected... Wade's 89 eliminator is less than 50 serial numbers from the 89 eliminator Rob found in the JY.
Automan2164 Posted June 19, 2010 Posted June 19, 2010 the VINs include the XJs and MJs numbers. Yep, and its anyone's guess when or what they started and ended at for the lines. Comanche's and Cherokee's both rolled off the same line in Toledo, and had sequential numbers... Rob L.
