grimaldur Posted May 12, 2010 Posted May 12, 2010 I need drop brackets for my MJ. if anyone have it, :wavey: thanks
DJM/78 Posted May 13, 2010 Posted May 13, 2010 If you just need control arm DB's your best bet is to find someone that welds and have a set made . That way you can get the proper bracket size you need for your control arms . A shop here locally makes them for 180.00 US . Shipping would be a nightmare for you . Print a picture of the brackets you want and take it to a welder or make them yourself . Good Luck !
jimoshel Posted May 15, 2010 Posted May 15, 2010 Do you need standard, stock brackets or custom, like for extended arms?. Must agree with DJM. Think you would be better off getting some made locally. However if you really want a standard set I can ship you a pair. Jim
grimaldur Posted May 15, 2010 Author Posted May 15, 2010 I need this model (or the rubicon express model for XJ) locally noboy made it. :(
DJM/78 Posted May 15, 2010 Posted May 15, 2010 So you need brackets and braces ? Those are sold individually , I need the braces too .
grimaldur Posted May 15, 2010 Author Posted May 15, 2010 I need brakets, if you have brace is good, if not no problem. the brace i can built it.
cody4359 Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 a little late to be posting this up, but I'm my opnion i wouldnt run DBs without the brace. some say its un-nessary but id rather be safe than sorry. the point of building your rig is to make it better and stronger, not taller and weaker http://www.rocky-road.com/xjcad.html
