It does lock and I have one key for it. Asking $125. No Shipping. Willing to trade for a great condition factory rear bumper.

My truck is off the road currently (working on the '97 conversion), but I go to Charlotte pretty often. Maybe once I get the truck running again, you'll be ready to bite the bullet (of course you're more than welcome to come buy it before then too).
