RandysMJ Posted October 19, 2006 Posted October 19, 2006 I sold my 33" Firestone MT's a couple weeks ago. I was searching around and found out that 37x13.50r15 Mickey Thompson Radial Baja Claws were on sale. The original price on NTWonline.com was 320 a piece but got them for 199 a piece. Got them on Tuesday and i LOVE them. They are not balanced and they are super smooth at all speeds. Pics. :D Will be swapping axles the beginning of Nov..
wombat Posted October 19, 2006 Posted October 19, 2006 baja's..... bajajajajajajajaja.... hope you don't plan on getting off the pavement
RandysMJ Posted October 19, 2006 Author Posted October 19, 2006 Why do you say that? I've had them before. They are awesome offroad. They will hang with my buddies tsl's.
JOMJ87 Posted October 19, 2006 Posted October 19, 2006 And run them reverse on rocks and they work great to. :brows: Cole
RandysMJ Posted October 19, 2006 Author Posted October 19, 2006 Yep. But where i wheel i don't have to worry about rocks. :D
JOMJ87 Posted October 19, 2006 Posted October 19, 2006 Well that would suck for me cause mud get anoying since i wheel without doors. But i love all types atleast you have somewhere to wheel legal like. Cole
feerocknok Posted October 20, 2006 Posted October 20, 2006  That is one big MJ. And a great price on those tires! You didn't wanna have a d35 under there...?
wombat Posted October 20, 2006 Posted October 20, 2006 I have never been impressed with the way baja's run in our type of wheeling, (i.e. Mud and creek bottom rock) though I may have just seen them under a bad driver... plus that's what all the city boy's run on there pretty trucks...
RandysMJ Posted October 20, 2006 Author Posted October 20, 2006 A bad driver can make any tire look bad. :D Thornbirds are the "show" truck tires here.
Rokhound Posted October 20, 2006 Posted October 20, 2006 Man that is one sick truck and that is a hec of a deal
possum Posted October 20, 2006 Posted October 20, 2006 Gotta say I like the baja claws too. I just picked up a pair of 31" claws for the rear of mine. Brand new $150.00 for the pair. :brows:
