Drahcir495
The Comanche has been down for a week due to another over heating problem. I back flushed the radiator and some how unblocked the new radiator. I got back into the truck to park it in the garage and the clutch pedal went limp. Reservoir still has fluid in it. Did I blow out the internal slave cylinder? BA10 with internal slave - FYI.

azscott
Well mine did almost the same thing and it was the master cylinder. yes it still had fluid in it. The pedal was limp amost completely to the floor...not all the way but 90%. Thought I lost the slave too but was told to change the master first and that was it. Not saying yours is a master but...mine was....and it did not leak fluid...all the fluid was still in the reservoir. Costs what...40.00 or so for a new master cylinder.... scott
XXLMJ
Try and bleed your master to be sure its still making pressure, then you can be sure its the slave. My slave went bad this week to so i know how you feel.

Drahcir495
Uggh - sounds like it is gone. Went to try to bleed the lines at the bellhousing and they are all flopping around. Thank you all for your input  . I am starting my AX15 swap today!
Drahcir495
You may want to glance up under the dash and check the clutch pedal itself. Mine broke off just above where it goes to the master cylinder pushrod. That was fine , thanks. I have the new AX15 bolted up to the 231 and ready to go in. The BA10 looks like it could go another 100k. The clutch & pressure plate look to be in great shape too. I am still going to put a new clutch in though. I have taken a ton of pictures to add to my build-up page when I get it back together.
